The Confirmation Enrolment Mass for all schools in the Imeall Boirne Cluster takes place in St. Mary’s Church Ruan on Friday 8th December at 7:30 pm.

Coffee Morning/Cake Sale

The extended Baker and Lordan families would like thank all who supported our recent Coffee Morning/Cake Sale in aid of the Irish Lung Fibrosis Association. We raised €1,261 from donations on the day and through our online donation page. Thank you all so much.

Ruan Camogie Success
Huge congratulations to the Ruan U13 camogie team who fought a hard battle in tough conditions to win the U13 B final against Ballyea in Eire-Óg pitch on Sunday last with the final score of Ruan 2-02 to Ballyea 2-01.Throughout the match scoring chances were being cut out by great defensive covering from both sides, which should be commended. A fantastic display of camogie was given by both teams.

Well done to all the girls their mentors and of course their parents.

Senior Citizens Christmas Party: The annual senior citizens Christmas party will be held on Sun. 3^rd Dec. in Morty’s. 

All are welcome for an afternoon of good food, plenty of music and good company.

Zumba classes have resumed in Toonagh Hall on Thursday nights at 8.15pm. These classes were very popular last year as a fun way to keep fit and all are welcome.

Christmas Fair:  The Ruan annual Christmas Fair will be held on Sunday 3^rd December.  We are looking for donations of trees (standing or fallen) which we will cut up. All donations of fuel/silage/hay etc. will also be gratefully received. Contact Joe on 087 2902552 or Senan on 086 4475400
