Crafts Back in Toonagh.
The very popular Craft mornings have resumed in Toonagh Hall on Wednesday mornings from 11am, where an array of crafts are worked on by the people who attend. The ‘cuppa’ with home baking was much looked forward to and those who attended were delighted to catch up with each other after the summer break. Anyone interested is invited to pop in,  to see what it’s all about and even just to  join the group for their elevenses on the Wednesday mornings.

Recent Death.
The death has occurred of Michael Flanagan, Ashbrook Gardens, Ennis Road, Limerick, formerly of Ballygriffey, Ruan. Michael was a brother of Martin, Ballygriffey and Brid Flanagan and Mary Corey, Loughville, Ennis.

Clare under 14 Camogie team took part in an All Ireland Blitz in Dublin on Saturday, as part of the All Ireland Camogie Final weekend. Ruan Camogie Club was ably represented by Neasa Ni Lachtnain, Aisling Moloney and Niamh Glass, who were a credit to their Club. Clare reached the semi finals on the day.
They were also involved in the parade around Croke Park on Sunday, with the developmental squads from other counties, at half time in the Intermediate final, cheered on by the forty four members of Ruan Camogie Club who travelled in support of the girls to celebrate their participation.
