Funds for Clare Crusaders.

Shane O'Loughlin from Kilcurrish, recently ran in the Dublin City Marathon to raise funds for the Clare Crusaders Clinic in Barefield, which caters for children with special needs, covering a wide area.
Thanks to all those who supported Shane, the sum of €1,200 was raised and is very much appreciated by the Clinic.

Eucharistic Adoration.
A meeting will be held in the Parochial house in Ruan on this Thurs. eve 12th Nov. at 7.30pm when anyone interested in having Eucharistic Adoration in Dysart Church is invited.
Those already involved in it in Ruan Church are also welcome, and a Eucharistic Adoration team will be on hand to offer advice and assistance.

Adam at The Ball.
On Friday last, local boy, Adam Quirke from Ruan welcomed guests to The Black Tie Ball in Dromoland Castle.
Adam attends the Clare Crusaders Clinic, which hosted the event, and he was delighted to be given the opportunity, where he also introduced the special guest, Ann Doyle, former newsreader with RTE, who acted as M.C. for the occasion.
