Camogie Club A.G.M.
The A.G.M. of Ruan Camogie Club was held on Sat. last 17th Nov., in Toonagh Hall.   The Chairperson, Brenda O'Donoghue and Secretary, Janet Neilan reviewed a very successful season in the Club, the highlight of which was the winning of the Junior B Final against Feakle in Oct.   
A "thank you" was extended to all parents, players, mentors and trainers for their continued support to the Club in training and transporting the players to their various games throughout the year.   
Officers elected for the coming season are Chairperson Brenda O'Donoghue;  Sec. Janet Neilan;  Treasurer Bernie O'Loughlin;  
Club Registrar Niamh Lawton;  P.R.O. Mary Hickey O'Brien;  Delegate to County Board Catherine Lyons;  Child Welfare Officer Frances Heagney. 
The Club has organised a Bingo Night as a fundraiser, on 7th Dec. next at 9.00p.m. in Purcells Bar, Ruan, where there will be great prizes and a raffle on offer.

Set Dancing.
Set Dancing classes continue every Tue night in Ruan Community Centre at 9.00p.m.   All welcome.
Recent Deaths.
Mass will be held on this Fri. 23rd Nov., in Ruan at 7.00p.m., for the repose of the soul of Alice O'Halloran, wife of Martin O'Halloran, formerly of Dromore, Ruan, who died in Cavan recently.   The deaths have also taken place of Adelene Cosgrove, mother of Jim of Ardcarney, Ruan, Peggy Collins, sister of Pauline Cullinan of Ballybrody, Toonagh and Rachel O'Neill of Kilnacrandy, Quin, mother of our Parish Priest, Fr. Pat O'Neill.
Bums & Tums!!
A "Bums and Tums" fitness class runs in Toonagh Hall on Tue. mornings, from 9.30p.m.  Further information from Aisling 0861928258.
