Garda Vetting Forms: It would be appreciated if the Garda Vetting Forms distributed recently to Parish Voluntary Workers would be completed and returned to Fr O’Neill as soon as possible.

APOSTOLIC SOCIETY: Ruan Dysart Apostolic Society is holding their annual display of work on Sunday 7th April in Ruan Community Centre. Anyone who would like to donate a sacred vessel to the missions in memory of a loved one can do so by contacting Eileen Roughan, Eileen Hannon or Mary Marrinan.

AGEING WITH CONFIDENCE: Clare Local Development is running a course for men and women over 50, in Ruan Community Centre, beginning on Thurs. 4th April, from 10.00 am to 12 noon, which will continue for 8 weeks.  This is a holistic approach to physical, psychological and mental well-being.  As the course is filling up, anyone wishing to enrol should contact Mary at 6837989 or Maureen at 6841768 before Sun. Mar. 31st.

RUAN DRAMATIC SOCIETY: The local Dramatic group is putting the finishing touches to the play "The Highest House on the Mountain" by J.B. Keane and are looking forward to bringing it to public shortly.

CLOTHES COLLECTION FOR TOONAGH N.S.: The Parents Association of Toonagh School is holding a clothes collection in Toonagh Hall on Fri. 22nd March from 9 am to 12 noon and 7 pm to 9 pm.  The will accept mens, womens, childrens clothes, paired shoes, handbags, ties, belts - no duvets, pillows, bed linen or curtains please.   Funds raised in this way will go towards books for the classroom libraries and your support will be greatly appreciated.

UNIVERSITY OF LIMERICK INFORMATION EVENING: Old Ground Hotel, Ennis, 4pm-8pm on Wednesday 20th March. All those interested in applying for further education, including secondary school students, parents and teachers are welcome. UL staff will be available to answer questions and provide advice and information.
