Camogie News: Ruan u15 Camogie team went to Ballyea on Wednesday evening for a blitz which also included Whitegate. A slow start in the first match meant Ruan were chasing the game. The Ruan girls were back in contention until a late goal for Ballyea closed it out 4:2 to 2:3. The match was played at a very high standard with fabulous skills on show. The second game against Whitegate was a different affair with Ruan on the up from the start taking a commanding lead with some superb score taking. Ruan never looked in any danger in what was a more physically challenging match winning 7.7 to 1:0. Well done to all the girls, on another excellent performance.
