The Easter Dawn Mass will be celebrated in Teampal Hugh O’Connell in Aughrim Kelly on the Banks of the Fergus.


CONFESSIONS FOR EASTER: 

These will take place in Ruan & Dysart during Holy Week.

 

CHRISM MASS: 

The Annual blessing of the Holy Oils will take place at Cathedral of SS Peter & Paul on Wed April 20th @ 7.30pm.  

Each parish is asked to have a representative during the Renewal Commitment by the Priests.  

The Parish Representative is asked to stand with the Priest with their right hand on his shoulder as a visible reminder that the local priest works in 

conjunction with his parishioners.

TROCAIRE COLLECTION:  

Next Sunday is Palm Sunday, the beginning of Holy Week and the time when the Trocaire collection is taken up.  

It’s our Churches official way of contributing to the 3rd World and to people who are very much in need of our help.

The Parish Dramatic Society will stage its latest production of Bernard Farrell’s’ comedy “I Do Not Like Thee Dr. Fell” in Ruan Community Centre on

LARCHILL LADIES: held a coffee morning for Cancer in Barney’s Kidz Club last week.  €500 was raised, thanks to all who contributed.

COACHING NEWS:  Ruan Underage Club has been selected to partake in Munster Council Coaching Programme.  To this end an important meeting will take place this Tuesday evening at 8.30pm in Ruan CC.  All present coaches and those interested in helping in any manner are asked to attend.
